We are based out of Miami, Florida where all of our packages are shipped from.

Shipping Policy:
PSP Pandora Battery ships worldwide. Generally our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and delivery is made within 2-5 business days after item is shipped. In extreme cases shipment can take up to 12 days. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We will not be held responsible if the customer uses our products to break any copyright, intellectual property, or other laws or ordinances in any country. Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the product all sales are final and no refunds will be granted. Defective items may be returned for replacement if the customer notifies PSP Pandora Battery via email within five (5) days of receiving defective product, and if the customer mails the defective product at his or her expense within five (5) days of receiving a return authorization email.
